Recommendation - How I Met Your Mother

Finally finished with all the season of How I Met Your Mother and here are the things why I would love to recommend this series with all my heart.
One of the most popular sitcoms of the 21st century, How I Met Your Mother kicked off in 2005 and ended after a nine-season run in 2014. The sitcom is the story of five friends in their 20s who go through life’s ups and downs while living in New York City. Created by Carter Bays and Craig Thomas, How I Met Your Mother is often compared to Friends but fans of the series love it nevertheless.

I would recommend all 24 episodes of all 9 seasons. Here's why.

First of all, it was legen...wait for it...dary.
Yes, it had to start that way. It was legendary.
Neil Patrick Harris, you totally nailed it with your performance. Josh Randor as Ted was a natural throughout the whole. Cobie Smulders is like made for this role. Until I saw Avengers and recognized her and yes you do pretty well everywhere. Alyson Hannigan and Jason Segel as Lily and Marshell will always be spelled together. I was so mesmerized with their chemistry on camera, later I checked on their real-life relationships. Yeah, I have been obsessed with these guys for a while.
Last but not least my Playlist essential Cristin Miloti version of La Vie En Rose. Her euphonious voice with ukulele has just made this love song a playlist essential. Spoiler Alert - You won't find this lady until the last season.😁

I have watched many TV series and this was never my choice to watch as it always sounded to me like porn. Like a friend telling his friend how he met his mother.😂 And I have absolutely zero memory of how I started watching this series. But however it was, it was great to watch it. I don't regret a single episode I watched.

Now that we know about the cast and the back story of how I started watching it. Let's come to the point why we should watch it.

1st - Once a friend told me it's not about the destination. It's always about the Journey. This goes with HIMYM too. I started watching it to end watching it. And at the destination, all I loved was the Journey. How people meet how they get into our lives how they become important and the gang becomes family. If you have one friend or a whole lot of them, you'll just start relating to things that are shown. And in no time you'll become one of them. When feeling low, professor Ted Mosby will give you the Mosbiest advice that will rejuvenate you with a new spirit. Barney Stinson the womanizer of the gang will cheer you up with the cheesiest ways to get laid but more than that he's a great friend who's saved a lot of downs throughout all seasons.

I can make an unending list of why one should watch HIMYM. But here's my final word.
When you watch it. You'll know it. You'll develop your own view. You'll develop a liking for one of the character that you relate to most.
And then you'll be writing this same thing on your wall and thanking me for suggesting this series.

It's gonna be Legen waiting for it...
